COMMUNITY OUTREACH ASSISTANCE

 

We need a community outreach person to utilizes his or her public relations skills to help promote awareness, find volunteers, and organize activities & events that benefit the organization and the community.

 

The Activities include:

*   Anti-litter Campaign

*   Setting up community clean ups with community member Ida Fleming

*   Work with Parks & Rec. to make sure the renovations are complete in the Ann Hardy Park

*   Work with Parks & Rec., community members and Councilwoman Ellen Robertson to get the park opened for community

     members without a fee.

*   Work with RPD and community members on Asset Based Community Block Watches.

 

Events:

*   Highland Park Spring Break

*   National Night Out

*   Highland Park Christmas Crawl
